  • What’s the deal with refunds and returns?
    At Native Angus Beef, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with a satisfying experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds or returns on perishable items, such as our fresh or frozen beef products, unless they are damaged or spoiled upon arrival. In particular, we do not offer refunds where the delivery address or instruction that you have provided to us is incorrect. If you believe items were damaged or spoiled on arrival, please take photos of the damage and email them to us at within 24 hours of delivery. We will then issue a refund or replacement for the affected items. For non-perishable items, such as our merchandise, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-perishable items. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund and return policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • Have you got your details correct?
    When placing an order at Native Angus Beef it is important to make sure that all your contact details are true and correct. You agree that the address you have provided for delivery is correct and that a person will be at the address to accept delivery of your order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if not all delivery details are given at the time of placing your order.
  • What about my privacy?
    At Native Angus Beef, we take your privacy seriously. We only collect necessary personal information such as name, address, and email for order processing and delivery purposes. We will never share or sell your information to third-parties. Our site uses HTTPS and SSL protocols, which ensure the communication between our visitors and our site is completely secure. Any data traveling between visitor servers and our site stays encrypted, so it's a safe browsing experience for all. If you have any concerns or questions about your privacy, please contact us.
  • Are your cattle really 100% grass fed?
    Absolutely, 100%! Our cattle are fed a fully grass fed diet.
  • Are your cattle chemical free?
    We aim to raise our cattle as naturally as possible. We use no pesticides or herbicides on our pastures. Our cattle receive no hormones or antibiotics.
  • What is in your Rissoles and Pattie Mince?
    Our Rissoles and Pattie Mince are gluten free and preservative free. They include our Beef, Onions, Rice Flour, Salt, Mineral Salt, Herbs & Spices, Dextrose (Tapioca, Maize), Canola Oil and Flavour.
  • Will my beef be fresh or frozen?
    We sell most of our meat fresh. Occasionally we will sell meat frozen if we have stock to clear or during times when we are not able to get fresh meat processed. We will advise you when your order is made if your order will arrive frozen. Our pet mince, beef lard, offal and bones are always sold frozen.
  • How long will my meat last?
    Your meat has been cryovacced to prolong its shelf life when stored correctly. Make sure you keep your beef in the fridge or freezer until you are ready to use it. It can then be taken out to reach room temperature before cooking. Each individual piece has both a fresh and a frozen best before date. The fresh date is the date you should use the meat by if it is stored in the refrigerator. The frozen best before date should be used once it is stored in the freezer, it should be defrosted and eaten before this Date.
  • How is your beef packaged?
    Native Angus Beef order is sold as table ready cuts, individually cryovacced into 250g-2.0kg portions.
  • What is in your Corning Brine?
    The Corning Brine we use is Nitrate Free. Any Corned Silverside or Corned Brisket etc that you purchase from us will always be 100% Nitrate Free.
  • What are in your Sausages?
    Our Sausages are gluten free and preservative free. They include our Beef, Rice Flour, Salt, Mineral Salt, Herbs & Spices, Dextrose (Tapioca, Maize), Canola Oil and Flavour.
  • Can I customise my box?
    At this stage we are not offering customised boxes. We may offer this in the future. If there is anything specific you are looking for in your box, feel free to send us an email at and we can do our best to accommodate it.
  • Can I buy individual pieces?
    We do not currently offer the sale and/or delivery of individual pieces via our website. If you are local to Inverell, NSW we stock our beef at Funki Munki in Otho Street. Meat can occaisionally be purchased directly from our warehouse in Oliver Street when we have an open day - these days will be advertised from our Facebook and/or Instagram pages. Keep an eye on our Stockists page as we will be adding more soon.
  • If I am local, can I pick up my order?
    All local orders can be collected from our warehouse at 25 Oliver Street, Inverell NSW 2360. The warehouse is not open to the public - it is only open by appointment. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Delivery Conditions
    We aim to make deliveries within a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately, as we are a smaller operation, we may have a wait on your meat to ensure it is the freshest we can make available. This means that sometimes deliveries may be delayed. Deliveries within a couple of hours of Inverell are made by us or by our logistics partner for deliveries further afield. All deliveries will receive a delivery update by text the day prior to delivery and then again with an ETA on the day of delivery. Make sure someone is at your premises to accept the order. Please ensure your delivery address details are correct. If we have attempted delivery and it fails for any reason, your meat will be returned back to us, and you will be liable for any redelivery fees.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Add a box to your cart and enter your delivery address in the check out and it will give you the options and delivery costs.
  • Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
    We prefer that someone is home to accept delivery and ensure that your beef is put into the refrigerator/freezer as soon as possible. If we receive instructions to leave your order in a specific location (when no one is available to receive the delivery), we accept no responsibility for the state of the contents of that box.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver to over 96% of Australian postcodes. Please check our Delivery page for the latest information on deliveries.
